Another hard fought game ends in loss. The shots came slow at first even though the Bulls were playing hard. Mississippi got on the board first at 15:09 in the 1st. The 2nd period got started fast as Bull’s Josh Harris nets one just 28 seconds in with assists from Keegan Bruce and John Rey. Mississippi rebounds however to tie the game again less than a minute later at 1:08. Both defenses tighten a bit until Mississippi slips another past Parks at 19:37 to go ahead 3-2 as the period ends. Shots on goal BHM 9 MRK 12
The RiverKings took control in the 3rd period scoring at 6:24 and again at 11:40 to go up by 3. But Birmingham refused to go down without a fight and out shot the RKings 13-9 in the final 20 minutes with a goal coming from Graham Yeo at 18:35. A bullet from the center with assists from Sean Gammage and Darius Cole.
