Does my young child need a ticket?
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two.
If you would like the child to have his/her own seat, you must purchase a ticket for that child.
What time will the doors open for a game?
• Season ticket Holder doors open at 1 hour, 15 minutes before game time.
• General Doors open 1 hour before game time.
What happens if a game is cancelled or postponed?
If a game is cancelled, please return to the point of purchase for a refund.
If a game is postponed, tickets for the original event date will be honored.

How do I pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Will Call opens 1 hour prior to game time and is located outside the main entrance of the Pelham Civic Complex.
What is the policy on accessible seating?
Pelham Civic Complex follows regulations set forth by the ADA. Under ADA policy, three companion seats may be purchased when buying an accessible seat.
Due to limited availability of accessible seating, purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
Accessible seating may be purchased in-person at the PCC Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in the main parking lot of the Pelham Civic Complex for $7. Cash and card accepted.
Can I bring food or beverages into the PCC?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility. The PCC offers food and beverages options available for purchase within the venue.
